somnus is joshua sierk -- a side project started in 2000 on my computer, guitar & keyboard, making sleepy ambient sounds based on drones, inspired by sheila chandra, & the chants of the monks of yore.

in this album, i remixed the drones album from 2000 into what i was hoping would be one long trip of psychedelic danceability.
