make sure you turn up the BASS. contains a lot of SUB BASS. if you don't, you're missing half the music!
this is my dub project, self-titled EP, with rave & fusion elements. songs are written to reflect jewish holidays & concepts. mostly synth-powered, from chambersburg, PA
dub is a transmigration of reggae. the term comes from the actual physical dubbing of tape reels, lending effects like reverb & delay & echo. artists like Lee 'Scratch' Perry would 'remix' tracks this way.
some musical themes & sub-bass tendencies in this album also nod to such dub-dj-electronic artists as 'the orb' or 'future sound of london.'
reggae has hebrew origins in africa & is perfect for the jewish themes of slavery, liberty & goodness to all. peace, mon, & don't forget to turn up the bass!
